Common questions

How soon before my check-out should I book?
We recommend booking 2–3 days before your check-out inspection. This gives time for any spot re-cleans if needed. We can often accommodate next-day bookings — contact us to check availability.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
No. Many tenants hand over keys and collect them after the clean. We'll send a completion report with photos so you know exactly what was done before your inventory check.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Vacuuming and spot-treating is included in all end of tenancy cleans. Professional hot-water extraction carpet cleaning is available as an add-on from £60 — strongly recommended if carpets are stained or heavily soiled.
What if the letting agent isn't satisfied?
We offer a free re-clean guarantee on all cleaning-related issues raised by the inventory report. Simply send us the relevant section within 48 hours of your check-out and we'll return at no charge.
