Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No — your cleaner brings all professional-grade products and equipment. If you have preferences or allergies, just let us know and we'll accommodate them.
Will I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes, for regular bookings we match you with a dedicated cleaner who gets to know your home and your preferences. In the rare event of illness or holiday, we'll always notify you in advance and arrange a fully vetted cover cleaner.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or access code. All our cleaners are DBS-checked and fully insured, so you can relax knowing your home is in safe hands.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Just log in to your account or send us a message. We ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel — no charges apply as long as you give adequate notice.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Every cleaner operating through White Glove Cleaners is fully insured, DBS-checked and has been personally interviewed and reference-checked before being placed with clients.
